The engine powered forklifts are available with three types of internal combustion engines:

  • Diesel

  • Gas

  • LPG

This product line includes three families of trucks that are offered according to their capacity. The first family covers 2,500 to 4,500 lbs., the second family covers 4,500 to 8,000 lbs., and the third family covers 8,000 to 12,000 lbs.

The operator's compartment is comfortable and ergonomically designed to give the operator ultimate control. All command levers are located near the operator on the dashboard. The brake and accelerator pedals are conveniently arranged like those found in most motor cars. The operators seat is spring mounted and is adjustable longitudinally depending on the weight of the operator.

Excellent dynamic qualities of the truck include: high lifting and lowering speeds; high travel speeds; excellent maneuverability and stability characteristics.

The trucks are rugged and are easily adaptable to various pavement and gradient conditions.

Chassis

The chassis is a welded steel structure providing the operator increased overall protection, and is designed for easy access for servicing all internal parts and components. The chassis construction has been tested in extreme environments and under heavy loads.

Cab Module

The cab module includes the overhead guard and operator's seat. It is completely independent and softly suspended on the chassis. The cab module provides for a strong reduction of vibrations delivered from the engine and unevenness of the road. The easily removable floor plate provides for free access to the Hydrodynamic transmission. By the use of gas springs, the engine cover can be easily opened and also provides for comfortable access for servicing the engine. All signal lamps and control instruments are ergonomically arranged, giving maximum comfort for the operator.

Hydrodynamic Transmission

The modern design of the Hydrodynamic transmission provides smooth starts and travel direction change, a high transformation coefficient, and low noise levels. Different variants are incorporated into the Hydrodynamic transmission depending on the load capacity and engine characteristics.

Steering System

Hydrostatic steering without reverse reaction. Two types of units are incorporated depending on the equipment of the truck:

  • a complete steering unit with self contained pump; or

  • a unit fed by a separate pump.
